Hi, I’m Dr. KJ! I’m an eccentric therapist with an unorthodox vibe hailing from good ol’ So Cal.

When it comes to therapy, I believe that my clients are the captain of their therapeutic journey and I am their co-captain. I bring a unique set of tools on our journey that we will incorporate to help you get towards your goals! My background is in athletics, academics, and mental health which allow me to bring a diverse set of skills to my therapeutic approach.

I am passionate about empowering others and helping them to achieve change in their lives, at their own pace. I am an adaptable, patient, and transparent therapist which allows me to establish strong rapport with my clients. “Feel what you need to feel to heal” is my tagline when it comes to my therapeutic approach as I believe in creating a safe space for my clients to be authentically themselves.
